Half empty mascara

I have never received good service from this brand. Firstly, there’s never a response to any queries from their end. Secondly, whenever I order from them, the order takes extremely long to arrive. To make matters worse, I recently purchased the Switch Beauty mascara from a Beauty on Tapp store and that mascara was dry like half empty when I used it.

Highly disappointed.
