The product itself is amazing. Hydrating and smooth with a glossy finish that fills in my lip lines but wow is the lid utter garbage. Day one of buying it at the Gateway pop-up, the stopper in the lid broke and the product began leaking. I stored it away because I couldn't carry it anywhere without it leaving a huge mess. So now, when I want to use it the entire lid disintegrates at the screw mechanism. It was kept in its box, so there wasn't any wear and tear on the packaging yet this lid has been bad since day one. Hopefully the packaging is vastly improved because this formula is great.
I bought a few peptide lip tints when it launched - although I love the product itself, the packaging is not it.
All my lids for the peptide cracked and broke in the same way. It's disappointing to see and know that so many people have been experiencing the same thing yet I haven't seen any feedback on it.
I bought all 4 shades. Although I love the brand I found these to be super grainy and they really dry out my lips. I’m not sure if the grains have clogged one of them though as I’m not able to squeeze out any product at all. Disappointing
