I absolutely love this product, the way it moisturises my lips and the tint it gives. However I am super disappointed with the packaging. The lid broke while it was in my bag and made a mess everywhere. I am sure at least a quarter of the product leaked out. Looking through the other reviews on this product it seems like this issue is not just a once off thing. All of my other Swiitch products have never broken, so I was very surprised when this happened. I did try and repair the lid because I really enjoy using this product. But then a few days later it just broke again, and also in a different spot.
I definitely would buy it again if the packaging was improved :)
The lid broke within weeks. First started with a crack and then a piece fell off - makes the item unusable if it dries out. It's only been in my handbag and I'm not a rough person at all, many other items survive in there. Very disappointed with the quality.
The actual lip tint is super hydrating and well pigmented but I bought 3 and all 3 lids cracked into pieces. They stayed in one place and weren't dropped or handled roughly at all. Some of the tubes got jammed and no product was coming out so I had to take a pin and try to unblock it.
I bought 2 of their peptides and both of them broke. One of them has a tube coming out of it which prevents any product coming out , and the other one’s lid broke on top meaning it is prone to messing. Dissapointed that both of them have broke.
I bought the shade jam and salted caramel and really love the formulations. However the salted caramel one seemed to have grains in the formulation and it's lid broke within a few weeks of me having it. Really love the colour of the jam shade. This one I didn't carry around with me as often as salted caramel so the lid still seems intact
