I bought 3 of the new lip glosses for my girlfriend, all of them have something wrong with them, if it’s not the lids breaking, the inside of the lid is breaking off on the inside of the tube, or it’s leaking all over.
Product is beautiful. My lips feel soft and moist the entire day and the stain the jam leaves on your lips is perfect. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the packaging is horrible. Lid cracked within a week of opening it and the part of the lid that stops it from leaking broke of and went into the Product which blocked the opening
The lipgloss itself is good. I love the jam color, the smell, it moisturizes and lasts but the packaging is too fragile. It was inside my purse with my phone and perfume. I dropped my purse by accident and hear something cracking/breaking. Afraid of being my perfume or phone screen, I rushed to open it just to see the lid(cap) broken :(…
I really love the product and the applicator. But the lid is an issue. The plastic stopper inside the lid broke and was stuck blocking product from coming out. Finally was able to take it out but now the product messes everywhere and am unable to keep it in a bag. It’s also starting to chip with minimal use because I am unable to keep it in my bag.
I got the holiday bundle and I absolutely love all the shades! Lips feel good, the gloss itself is actually a good formula.
