Maybe I don’t understand the term but this transfers everywhere and to everything 😭. But it is indeed a matte lip liner and it’s my favorite red color 😍🤭

Got the thicc shade. It’s definitely not the same shade as the picture. Abit disappointing..
Isn’t transfer proof either ,cracks on the lips.. was really excited to try it out but doesn’t leave me wanting to buy any one lip products 🥲
