your skin functions and looks its best when pH levels are balanced, normal skin tends to have pH levels between 4.5-6 while oily skin has lower, more acidic pH levels and dry skin has higher pH levels

we formulated #Swash to have an ideal pH (between 5.5-6.5) so that it thoroughly cleanses and restores balance to normal to dry skin types without causing dryness or irritation

Disappointing

I have been using the Swash cleanser for 3+ years. It used to be fantastic, affordable and last forever. The new formula and packaging is unfortunately just not up to scratch. My skin is breaking out with the new formula, the packaging whilst it looks good, is impractical as it dispenses too much product at a time, even if you do a half pump. You also can no longer take it when you travel because it doesn’t lock anymore. Finally, a swash cleanser used to last me almost 6 months and this new product lasted only 3 months at best. Very disappointed by this change. Please bring the old formula back!

The previous formula was better as well as the packaging. The new one caused severe breakouts and the pump stopped working after a few weeks. It was really disappointing since I waited 3 weeks for delivery so definitely will not be repurchasing.
Still love the make up products and will still purchase those … only in store.

SADLY NOT A MATCH FOR MY SKIN TYPE :(

Been using the old facewash formula for a while. Bought this one as we had run out. Love the packaging and the thicker formula, however after using for about a week, this has caused both my husband and I to start breaking out. We both have sensitive, acne-prone skin. I had read other reviews saying the same thing, but I had hoped that it wouldnt affect us! The ingredients are great, so it just clearly doesn't agree with our skin type! Sadly won't be repurchasing.
